Bachelor Casserole
Pre-heat your oven to 350 and grab a box of that day-glow Mac n Cheese.
This is great re-heated as leftovers.

box Macaroni and Cheese (follow instructions on the box)
1
lb ground beef browned and drained of grease
Frozen
Peas (canned are too mushy) Use as many as you like,
I add extra to half of the
dish for Mr. Klas, so much that I should re-name it Pea Casserole!
Mix
together in casserole dish and place in oven on 350 for about 20min uncovered
if you like it crispy. For more mushy, cover with aluminum foil.
